What are you doing with the last few weeks of summer?
What are you reading?
What are you drinking and eating or otherwise indulging in?
What new rituals have you added to your routine or are adapting for the fall season?

Naa. No apps. Meditation in western culture is sold like popcorn . It requires proper teacher student session and guidence. Its simple. West has made it like skin tight fit clothes exhibiting body for selling meditation

My summer was smooth, but as for the post: these last few weeks are small trips around town, I’m still reading a book a day (whatever I fancy), I’m on my own adventure to find the best of the alcoholic seltzers on the market, and a ritual I’m taking in to fall is flowers on the table.

I am on state mandated quarantine, so I am spending a lot of time reading, cooking the abundance of zucchini I have, and catching up on schoolwork after a lovely vacation. Sadly, I am reading a bunch of professional books. They are good books, but it feels more like work. I’m balancing it with books just for me, too.
